About the position

The Member Services Associate (MSA) at Tennis Center Sand Point (TCSP) is responsible for front desk operations, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, managing court reservations, and supporting general facility operations. This part-time role emphasizes exceptional customer service and community engagement within a vibrant tennis environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and provide detailed information on tennis services and programs.
  • Manage member and guest interactions, schedule court times, and handle class registrations.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and assist with pro shop operations.
  • Work closely with the Senior Member Services Associate and Member Services Manager.
  • Attend meetings and trainings, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience; hospitality or sports industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • CPR/AED certification required; training is provided.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize member satisfaction.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with tennis is a plus.
