About the position
The Part Time Merchandiser at Coke Florida is responsible for replenishing and merchandising products at designated accounts, ensuring that customer needs are met through effective inventory management and customer relationship maintenance. This role offers a flexible schedule, primarily focusing on weekends, and requires physical stamina to handle product displays and inventory levels across various sales channels.
Responsibilities
- Replenish and merchandise products at designated accounts.
- Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain appropriate product inventory levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts.
- Manage back stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts.
- Meet customer service expectations through daily communication and problem resolution.
- Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, customers, and shoppers.
- Organize backroom inventory in an ordered manner and maintain cleanliness of equipment and sales floor.
- Transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for account.
- Conduct store surveys and communicate account activities to appropriate parties.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
- Proficient computer application skills.
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product, certification as required.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and current vehicle liability insurance.
Nice-to-haves
- Associate Degree or 1-2 years of college education.
- 1+ year previous sales/merchandising experience.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Ability to use and understand mobile applications.
