About the position

The Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser at Mondelēz International is responsible for fulfilling the merchandising needs of customers by building relationships, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays of iconic snack brands. This role involves representing Mondelēz in stores, optimizing product visibility, and ensuring compliance with merchandising guidelines while enhancing seasonal sales and new product launches.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays of Nabisco products.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives.
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores during in-store visits.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales and displays, and support new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Must live within 25 miles of Lancaster, PA.
