About the position

The Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser at Mondelēz International is responsible for fulfilling the merchandising needs of customers by stocking store shelves, maintaining displays, and building relationships with in-store employees. This role involves representing well-known brands like Oreo and Ritz, ensuring product visibility, and following merchandising guidelines to enhance sales and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented and stocked according to guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Possess a positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal devices.
• Ability to perform physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within a 25-mile range from the primary location (Jerseyville, IL).
• Availability required on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
