About the position
Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks. Represent MondelÃÂz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of MondelÃÂz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays. Carry out in-store visits according to MondelÃÂz' DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores. Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of MondelÃÂz' guidelines. Ensure Sales Representative's negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with MondelÃÂz' management team. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Demonstrate positive, and upbeat attitude while representing MondelÃÂz in store.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays.
- Represent MondelÃÂz in front of in-store employees.
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility.
- Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays.
- Ensure leading brands are well represented and maintained according to guidelines.
- Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
- Enhance seasonal sales and displays, and assist with new product launches.
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude in-store.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
- Possess a positive and professional attitude.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations.
- Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Dawsonville, GA.
- Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and some weekends.
