About the Opportunity The Office Administrator will organize and coordinate office administration in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Office Administrator will act as primary liaison between the company, staff, and office building management, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests. This part-time 20-hour per week position will work onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office efficiency by arranging necessary repairs
  • Provide administrative support to the EHS Manager including safety data sheets, training records, OSHA logs, workers compensation reporting and other tasks as needed.
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Maintain facilities management, including space planning/design and facilitation of all office functions and services
  • Act as primary liaison between the company, staff, and office building management
  • Handle queries from managers and employees
  • Arranging for and receiving services related to office and breakroom equipment
  • Coordinate, schedule and set up meeting rooms onsite including ordering meals and ensuring meeting space is stocked with needed supplies
  • Other tasks as needed or assigned

Requirements

  • Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Demonstrate Initiative
  • Post High School education or certification(s)
