About the position

The Part-Time Back-Office Clerk position is designed for a detail-oriented individual with Accounts Payable (AP) experience. Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, track payments, and handle AP documentation.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain digital and physical files.

  • Support the office with various clerical duties as needed, including filing, scanning, and other routine tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve AP inquiries promptly.

Requirements

  • Experience in Accounts Payable or related clerical experience in finance.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
