About the position

Sage Capital LLC is seeking a Part-Time Office Manager (Administrative Assistant) to join their small team. The role involves overseeing daily operations, performing basic bookkeeping for the firm and its investment funds, and ensuring the office runs efficiently. This position offers a flexible schedule, requiring approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks for multiple accounts using QuickBooks (proficiency required).
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for team members.
  • Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and other transportation.
  • Handle day-to-day tasks and administrative duties to support the team.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
  • Maintain and organize supplies for office equipment to ensure smooth operation.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and experience with bookkeeping.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
  • Prior experience in clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
