About the position

The Office Manager with light bookkeeping responsibilities is a part-time, on-site role focused on managing office operations and basic financial tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in office software, particularly Quickbooks, to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Making work orders
  • Invoicing customers
  • Answering calls/emails from customers
  • Submitting weekly payroll hours to a payroll company
  • Receiving mail and depositing customer checks at the bank

Requirements

  • Strong PC knowledge (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word)
  • History with Quickbooks (preferable Quickbook Online)
