About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Data Operations Specialist to support our manufacturing operations through effective data management and administrative tasks. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data processes, assist with automated billing, and provide essential administrative support to the data and operations teams. This role is perfect for someone looking to contribute their skills in a flexible, part-time capacity. As a Data Operations Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and updating data records, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems. You will perform routine data cleansing to remove duplicates, correct errors, and standardize information. Additionally, you will assist with data entry, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and easily accessible. In terms of billing support, you will assist with monitoring and verifying automated billing processes, addressing any discrepancies or issues related to billing data, and ensuring timely resolution. You will also prepare and distribute billing reports to relevant departments. Documentation and reporting will be another key aspect of your role, where you will prepare and maintain documentation related to data processes and procedures, generate regular reports on data accuracy, billing status, and other key metrics, and provide administrative support in preparing presentations and summaries for management. You will coordinate data-related activities between different departments, ensuring smooth workflows, and assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency. Acting as a liaison between the data team and other administrative units, you will ensure clear communication and alignment. Finally, you will provide general administrative support to the data and operations teams, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence, while also assisting in tracking project timelines and deliverables to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
