About the position

U.S. Vision is seeking a part-time Independent Optometrist to operate their own office within or adjacent to the BOSCOV'S Optical Department in Deptford, New Jersey. This role offers the flexibility of setting your own schedule and managing your practice without the need for an initial investment. The position allows for a private practice experience with the support of U.S. Vision's staff, who assist with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Run your own optometry office within the BOSCOV'S Optical Department.
• Set your own schedule and fees for services.
• Manage patient records independently.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients.
• Diagnose and treat eye-related disorders and conditions.

Requirements

• State-issued license for optometry and O.D.
• Excellent customer service and organization skills.
• Advanced time management skills.
• Ability to diagnose and treat eye-related disorders and conditions.

• Experience in a retail optical environment.
