About The Position

The Part-Time Patron Experience Assistant at Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute plays a crucial role in enhancing patron experiences during events at the Civic Center. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, retail sales, and social media platforms required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment.
• Familiarity with electronic ticketing software.
• Understanding of social media, electronic newsletter systems, and graphic arts.
• Basic mathematical calculations including monetary calculations.
• Basic principles and procedures of record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ushering and taking tickets for assigned events.
• May assist with ticket sales in the Box Office for assigned events.
• Set up, break down, and vend concessions and/or merchandise for assigned events.
• Greet patrons and assist with doors/entry as needed.
• Assist Housekeeping with trash removal for assigned events.
• Create wayfinding signage and draft social media posts for Coordinator, Patron Experience and/or Technical Director to approve/post/share.
• Participate in professional development activities and required employee training.
• Assist with set-up/breakdown of conference center and/or performing arts events as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
