Responsibilities

  • Oversee and streamline HR functions including payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Manage HRIS and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Handle employee relations and address any HR-related issues.
  • Implement strategic HR initiatives to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing HR operations and employee relations.
  • 4+ years of proven experience managing payroll and administering benefits.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Certification is strongly preferred.
