About the position

The Part-Time Personal Assistant role is a temporary position supporting the founders of a boutique public relations agency. The role involves managing schedules, booking travel, and coordinating events, primarily in a remote setting with potential onsite work. This position offers an opportunity for growth, with the possibility of temp-to-hire conversion if performance is satisfactory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage founders' schedules and coordinate company meetings and calls
  • Book conference rooms and phone booths via Spring Place
  • Coordinate client gifting and assist with planning events, including company celebrations
  • Track and code expenses in QuickBooks and submit receipts in Expensify
  • Upload and manage documents in DocuSign and maintain project lists in Monday.com

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Outlook calendaring and booking travel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Monday.com
  • Prior experience in PR, marketing, advertising, or entertainment industries preferred
  • Familiarity with luxury brands, strong organizational skills, and resourcefulness
