About the position

The Part-Time Personal Assistant/Household Manager will support a high-net-worth couple in Washington D.C. by managing their household tasks across two residences. This role involves scheduling, vendor management, and organization to ensure a smooth operation of their homes, particularly during an upcoming move.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the scheduling of appointments, activities, and household tasks across 2 homes.
  • Coordinate aspects of the upcoming move, including liaising with movers, packers, and other vendors.
  • Source, schedule, and oversee various vendors, including cleaning services and furniture delivery.
  • Assist with organizing and setting up the new home for efficient use of space and functionality.
  • Provide organizational and coordination assistance for both current and new residences.
  • Oversee and execute household projects, ensuring timely completion and addressing any issues.

Requirements

  • Must be highly professional and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in vendor management.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.

Benefits

  • Compensation of $45-$55 per hour.
