As a Part Time Pharmacy Technician at the Genoa mental health pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the pharmacy's operations. Your primary responsibilities will include dispensing medical prescriptions and performing clerical duties under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist. You will fill prescription orders and ensure they are available for verification by the pharmacist. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering, receiving, and storing incoming pharmacy supplies, processing wholesaler medication orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Working closely with the pharmacist, you will assist in ensuring compliance with all federal and state requirements, perform various clerical duties, and communicate effectively with both verbal and written skills. The position requires you to deliver medications as needed and perform other duties as assigned. This is a part-time position requiring the ability to work 32 hours between Monday and Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, with no nights or weekends required. The work location is at 3556 Sullivant Ave Room 201, Columbus, OH 43204, within the North Community Counseling Center.
