About the position

As a Part-Time Photographer & Videographer at United Home Loans, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality visual content that supports the company's marketing initiatives. This position involves working closely with the marketing team to create engaging photos and videos for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and effective storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Capture professional-grade photos and videos for digital, social, and print media.
• Produce engaging video content, including promotional videos, client stories, and team interviews.
• Edit photos and videos for a polished and professional look.
• Work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
• Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment and software.
• Organize and archive all visual assets for efficient retrieval.
• Coordinate on-site shoots for team member headshots, office footage, and promotional content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional photography and videography (portfolio required).
• Strong skills in photo and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom).
• Solid understanding of visual composition, lighting, and camera equipment.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for visual content.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the mortgage, real estate, or financial industry is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation is a bonus.
