About the position

The Part Time Photographer role at American Marketing & Publishing involves capturing high-quality panoramic images for various clients, primarily in the Austin, TX area. This position requires managing a flexible schedule, traveling to multiple locations, and utilizing professional photographic equipment to meet client expectations. The role is part-time, offering up to 25-30 hours per week, with a focus on reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use a Digital SLR camera and other professional photographic equipment to execute panoramic photo shoots.
• Manage a tight shooting schedule at multiple locations effectively.
• Adapt to changing priorities and maintain organization during shoots.
• Troubleshoot technical aspects of photo equipment as needed.
• Arrive early to set up for photo shoots and work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
• Maintain accountability for all processes related to shooting and fulfilling photo requirements.
• Follow established protocols for using company equipment and materials.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Experience with digital photography and professional equipment is essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
• Comfort with web-based software programs or web-enabled databases is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales is beneficial.
