About the position

The Part-time Physical Therapist at Phoebe Ministries will be responsible for organizing and conducting medically prescribed physical therapy programs in a skilled nursing and outpatient clinic setting. The role aims to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients achieve their maximum performance while adapting to their capabilities. Responsibilities

• Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs for skilled nursing and outpatient clinic residents.
• Restores function and prevents disability following disease and injury.
• Helps patients reach their maximum performance and adapt to their capabilities.

Requirements

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, and coworkers.
• Graduate of an approved program in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed by PA state medical board with a B.S., M.S., or DPT.
