This position requires a commitment to extensive staff development to ensure the delivery of effective educational practices. The ideal candidate for this role will be bilingual in both English and Spanish, possessing a strong background in working with young children. Candidates should be enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program or a related field, demonstrating a passion for early childhood education. The Assistant Teacher will be expected to engage actively with children, support their learning, and contribute to a positive classroom environment. The working hours for this position are from 8 AM to 1 PM, providing a structured schedule that allows for focused interaction with students during their formative years.
