The Part-Time Production & Graphic Designer Assistant at Image360 is a dynamic role focused on custom signage and graphics manufacturing. This position involves hands-on work in a collaborative environment, where the individual will learn the production process from start to finish, including client communication, design, production, and installation. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and problem-solving rather than being confined to a desk.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of sign and graphics production using state-of-the-art software and machinery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver custom solutions.
• Take part in all stages of the project: estimating, design, production, and installation.
• Receive hands-on training from experienced team members to ensure your success.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and ready to work hard.
• Ability to think independently and approach challenges creatively.
• Experience with design software, specifically Illustrator.
• Comfortable using hand tools and other equipment.
• Effective communication skills with clients and teammates, both in person and through email/phone.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sign manufacturing is a plus.
