About the position

The Program Manager at Right At School is responsible for delivering quality enrichment programs for children, fostering a love of learning, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment. This role involves coaching a team of educators, collaborating with school staff, and managing safety standards while participating in community events. The position operates on a split shift schedule, requiring availability during early morning and late afternoon hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality enrichment programs for children using the Disguised Learning curriculum.
• Develop and coach a team passionate about providing a safe and fun environment.
• Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience.
• Participate in local community events to instill the Right At School footprint.
• Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to model appropriate positive discipline.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and engage children in fun learning activities.
• Respect for and dedication to working with children.
• 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 12 college credits in early childhood education, elementary education, or a related field.
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements; FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB, OCCRRA Level 3 Pathway Completion.

Nice-to-haves

• CDA or AA in Early Childhood Education Field.
• First Aid/CPR certified.
• State trainings completed and valid.
