Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for property features, including gutter spouts, stone walkways, and other outdoor areas.
• Ensure the cleanliness and overall appearance of all outdoor spaces.
• Perform seasonal tasks, such as additional leaf or snow removal as needed.
• Rake driveway shells to maintain even surfaces.
• Maintain the cold plunge pool: add weekly chemicals, perform monthly filter changes, and spot-clean dirt or grime.
• Add mulch to the chicken coop when instructed.
• Sweep and wash outdoor patios regularly.
• Wipe down outdoor kitchen areas, outdoor furniture, door handles, and downspouts.
• Clean the exterior of all windows.
• Cover and uncover outdoor furniture as required.
• Sweep out the garage on a weekly basis.
• Clean up debris following storms, including trash, dead tree branches, and miscellaneous items.
• Take garbage cans to and from the street on scheduled collection days.
• Leaf blow walkways, pool decks, patios, and the pickleball court.
• Pressure wash the lap pool cover when instructed.
• Wash down patios and outdoor hardscape surfaces as needed.
• Remove cobwebs from exterior corners (ground-level only; no ladders required).
• Spray for bee and wasp nests as necessary.
• Fix loose pavers or stones.
• Empty and clean the grill pan.

Requirements

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, property maintenance, or similar roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of outdoor cleaning tools and equipment, such as leaf blowers and pressure washers.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, rake, sweep, and perform other outdoor maintenance duties.
• Flexibility to handle seasonal and weather-related tasks.
