• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions for property needs.
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer service.
• Prepare and maintain accurate administrative records, including lease agreements, maintenance logs, and financial reports.
• Collaborate with facilities management teams to ensure that properties are well-maintained and operationally efficient.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management principles.
