Part Time - Receiver/Stocker - Flexible

About the position

The Receiver/Stocker at Lowe's is responsible for ensuring that the store is clean, safe, and well-stocked with products. This part-time position involves unloading merchandise from incoming freight, stocking departments, and maintaining an organized backroom. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift merchandise safely while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Accurately receive, stock, and replenish merchandise.
• Safely unload merchandise from incoming freight and move it to the sales floor.
• Organize merchandise and top stock to set up stores for sales success.
• Handle hazardous materials and replace damaged shelving.
• Keep the backroom organized and ensure equipment is charged.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.

Nice-to-haves

• 3 months of experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment.
• 6 months of experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking.
