The Part-Time Receptionist at Ron Craft Chevrolet/Cadillac serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves managing a multi-line telephone system, greeting visitors, and providing assistance to various departments, contributing to the overall customer service experience at the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone system and route calls to the appropriate department.
• Greet visitors and determine their needs, contacting the appropriate department for visitor escort.
• Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process.
• Maintain conference room reservation schedule.
• Assist various departments with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Punctual with solid time-management skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the USA and must submit to re-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
