Responsibilities
- Greet patients and their families warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, copying, and saving medical records.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and office space.
- Follow clinic policies and procedures, including safety protocols and emergency preparedness guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, smiley and proactive.
- Availability Monday to Friday from 3pm to 6:15pm.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Google Workspace, EMR systems).
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, therapists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge or experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in pediatric or autism care.
- Experience with electronic medical records systems.
