Responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Reach out to applicants to discuss their interest and qualifications for open positions.

• Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls to communicate with applicants and clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients, addressing inquiries and providing information.
• Represent Exact Staff at local job fairs to attract potential candidates and promote job openings.
• Identify and explore new recruiting resources and methods to improve the hiring process.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
