Part Time Residential Property Manager

About the position

The Part-Time Residential Property Manager at Citadel Realty LLC is responsible for overseeing property management tasks in a busy real estate environment. This role involves managing leases, maintaining property rentals, conducting inspections, and resolving tenant issues, all while providing excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Writing and signing new leases.
• Maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; maintaining and securing homes; collecting security deposits.
• Performing inspections when a tenant moves out and another one moves in.
• Resolving tenant maintenance issues.
• Working with local maintenance personnel to maintain properties, including getting bids for homeowners and conducting property inspections.
• Answering office phones, maintaining files, and working with bookkeeping.

Requirements

• 1 year of property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience with property leasing and negotiation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Apple Computers and Rent Manager software.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
