You will accurately ring up customer purchases and returns, ensuring that you provide the correct change according to established operating procedures. Additionally, you will promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain merchandising standards, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures. Your day-to-day tasks will also involve participating in store recovery efforts, maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards, and providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback. You will be expected to adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures while supporting the store's shrink reduction goals and participating in safety awareness initiatives.
