About the position
As a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser Floater at Hallmark, you will represent the iconic greeting card brand by managing product displays and inventory in various retail locations. This role requires independent work, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with store teams to enhance the shopper experience. You will be responsible for maintaining Hallmark's product presence, especially during peak holiday seasons, while also supporting team members with resets and installations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage Hallmark product displays in assigned retail stores.
- Restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products using a mobile device.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding time reporting and merchandising activities.
- Provide holiday support during peak seasons, including potential work on holidays and weekends.
- Participate in department resets and installations as part of a team effort.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Physical capability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Proficient in using hand-held technology for communication and reporting.
- Access to a reliable Wi-Fi network and internet.
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
