About the position

As a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser at Hallmark in Marion, NC, you will represent the iconic greeting card brand by managing product displays and inventory in various retail locations. This role requires independent work, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with store teams to enhance the shopper experience. You will be responsible for maintaining Hallmark's product presence, especially during peak holiday seasons, while also supporting fellow team members with resets and installations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Hallmark product display at assigned retail stores.
• Restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products using a mobile device.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding time reporting and merchandising activities.
• Provide professional interaction with store employees, management, and customers.
• Support holiday operations by working additional hours leading up to and following major holidays.
• Participate in department resets and installations as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Physical capability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficient in operating hand-held technology for communication and reporting.
• Access to a reliable Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
