Join our team as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser at Mondelēz International, where you will play a crucial role in fulfilling the merchandising needs of our customers. This position involves effective communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays for our world-famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit. As a merchandiser, you will represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and collaborate closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of our products on shelves and construct promotional displays that attract customers. Your responsibilities will include carrying out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, which involves capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores to ensure compliance with our guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that our leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained, following the negotiated plans set by the Sales Representatives with store managers. Communication is key, as you will need to report any issues to the Mondelēz management team. Following a daily schedule set by the merchandising manager is essential to provide the most efficient in-store service. In addition to maintaining existing displays, you will enhance seasonal sales, create seasonal displays, and support new product launches. A positive and upbeat attitude is essential as you represent Mondelēz in-store, ensuring that our brand is portrayed in the best light possible.
