Join our team as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser and play a crucial role in fulfilling the merchandising needs of our customers. This position involves effective communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays for our world-famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit. As a merchandiser, you will represent Mondelēz International in front of in-store employees and collaborate closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of our products on shelves and construct promotional displays that attract customers. Your responsibilities will include carrying out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, which involves capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores. You will ensure that our leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained by implementing Mondelēz' guidelines. Additionally, you will follow the negotiated plans set by the Sales Representatives with store managers and communicate any issues with the Mondelēz management team. Following a daily schedule set by the merchandising manager is essential to ensure the most efficient in-store service. You will also enhance seasonal sales, create seasonal displays, and support new product launches. A positive and upbeat attitude is crucial as you represent Mondelēz in-store, ensuring that our products are presented in the best possible light.
