Join Hallmark as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Weaverville, NC, where you will represent the world's best-known greeting card brand. This role involves merchandising, creating, and building displays within your territory to enhance the shopper experience. You will work independently while collaborating with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels. The position offers flexibility with a variable schedule during the work week, requiring availability around major holidays.
Responsibilities
- Service Hallmark departments in various retail stores including grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers.
- Restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products using a mobile device.
- Engage professionally with store employees, management, and customers.
- Support holiday operations with additional days and extended hours leading up to and following major holidays.
- Participate in department resets and installations, including building and relocating card departments and products.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Capable of lifting and carrying products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to operate hand-held technology for communication and reporting.
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
