About the position

The Part Time Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T is responsible for creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. This role focuses on meeting sales targets while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The consultant will work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to optimize sales opportunities and enhance customer experiences with AT&T's products and services.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Create meaningful connections with customers to enhance their experience.
• Meet sales targets and earn commissions based on performance.
• Participate in community events and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work flexible hours between 9am-9pm, including weekends.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
