As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will engage with customers on the sales floor using a consultative sales approach to guide them through their options. Your drive and passion for helping people will be essential in this role. You will also participate in community events, manage online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The position requires flexibility, as you will work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to meet customer needs. Monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. This fast-paced environment will require you to adapt to evolving technology and customer demands. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, the company offers training and coaching to help you succeed.
