About the position

As a Part-time Retail Sales Merchandiser for Spin Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are available on-shelf at retailers like Walmart and Target within your assigned territory. This role involves stocking shelves, building displays, and monitoring inventory to enhance product visibility and sales. The position is field-based, requiring 24 hours of work per week during core business hours, and offers competitive pay along with additional incentives.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers within assigned territory during core business hours.
• Stock shelves and build product displays.
• Price products and monitor store inventory.
• Provide retail insights and data through merchandising app.
• Negotiate and sell additional products and promotional displays.
• Maintain relationships with store management.

Requirements

• Experience as a retail field sales merchandiser or representative.
• Familiarity with big box retail stores such as Walmart or Target.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Physical fitness to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
