Responsibilities
- Assist Customers and Operate Cash Registers using the Znet system.
- Follow Company Policies and adhere to loss prevention measures.
- Maintain Safety Standards by using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Keep the Store Presentable by restocking merchandise and ensuring products are in their designated areas.
- Support Car Maintenance by helping diagnose car issues and assisting with installations of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs.
- Communicate effectively by sharing customer concerns and employee matters with managers.
- Develop Customer Service Skills by actively working on improving service skills.
- Provide Honest Recommendations by gaining automotive knowledge and offering trustworthy advice.
