About the position

The Part Time Sales Associate at HUGO BOSS is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales goals. This role involves showcasing the brand through effective merchandise presentations and operational strategies, contributing to positive operating profits. The associate will act as a brand ambassador, engaging with customers and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Develop personal trade through proactive sales techniques and client tracking.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of closing sales effectively.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards customers and coworkers.
  • Understand and project a professional floor presence.
  • Maintain a client book profile and track customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of alteration procedures and communicate this to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional standards.
  • Assist with re-merchandising and back stock maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in product knowledge seminars and educate customers about products.

Requirements

  • BS College Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 1 - 2 years of Specialty Retail Management experience.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
