Lover's Lane is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our retail team in Sterling Heights, MI. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, selling our products, and contributing to the overall success of the store. The Sales Associate will work closely with customers, utilizing product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience while achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and attending to customers on the selling floor
- Providing excellent customer service
- Selling the company's products using advanced product knowledge
- Working as part of a sales team to achieve individual and store sales quotas
- Representing the company in a professional manner
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of cash handling experience
- 1 year of retail sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Open shift availability
