Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks such as pricing, shipment processing, and inventory management are completed efficiently.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and create a welcoming environment for shoppers.
• Drive sales performance by reviewing store metrics and achieving sales goals.
• Act with integrity by adhering to company policies and seeking feedback for personal development.
• Support a diverse and inclusive work environment, uplifting team members and assisting in their development.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect shoe styles and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store associates and customers.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with team members at all levels.
• Independent judgment and discretion in partnership with the Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, and climbing.
