As a Famous Footwear Sales Associate, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized store that is easy to shop.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and create top-notch experiences for customers.
• Drive sales and review store performance to achieve goals.
• Act with integrity and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Embrace diversity and inclusivity within the team environment.
• Assist with training and development of teammates.
• Make shoe recommendations to customers and ensure they leave with the perfect fit.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store
• Demonstrates positive communication skills with store associates at all levels
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion when partnering with Store Sales Manager
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
