Responsibilities

• Joyfully help customers find the perfect fit
• Replenish and organize the floor
• Check out customers with a POS and help them with returns and exchanges
• Accept deliveries and do fulfillment
• Engage customers with warm, thoughtful service and build relationships with customers
• Take the initiative to make things happen, anticipating issues, and work quickly and efficiently
• Be flexible, responding with urgency and positively to changing environments

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Commitment to excellence, quality, and sincere hospitality
• Passion for creating positive customer experiences
• Ability to provide warm, genuine, and knowledgeable service
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
