About the position

The Part Time Sales Associate at SAS Shoemakers is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting customers with their footwear needs. The role involves engaging with customers, operating point of sale systems, and maintaining store standards in line with SAS's philosophy of quality and care.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day store openings following SAS philosophy and standards.
• Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for customers.
• Assist customers with seating, shoe fitting, and measuring their feet.
• Show different categories of shoes, handbags, and shoe care products.
• Operate point of sale (POS) systems for sales and returns.
• Gain product knowledge on SAS items and demonstrate enthusiasm for the brand.
• Be punctual and ready to work at scheduled times.
• Complete special projects effectively.

• Some computer ability with POS systems and MS Office.
