Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to assist them in choosing the right products based on their needs.
- Generate sales to benefit both the company and personal financial well-being.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
- Assist store management with opening, closing, and operating the retail store, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Complete omni-channel orders accurately and timely according to company guidelines.
- Stay informed about product information, advertising, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Enhance product knowledge by learning about features, advantages, and benefits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Self-motivated with a passion for health and wellness.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
