This part-time retail position focuses on sales, operations, and merchandising within a store environment. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, adherence to corporate policies, and maintaining a clean and organized store to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all corporate Sales and Customer Service programs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the store in complying with and conducting contests and promotions.
• Maintain and control all expenses to ensure store profitability.
• Engage all Associates in cost-saving measures.
• Protect corporate assets by following Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized store to support efficient operations and a pleasant shopping environment.
• Effectively merchandise the store in accordance with corporate communications.
• Strive to continually increase personal product knowledge.

Requirements

• One year of prior retail experience (preferred but not required).
• Professional and customer service skills and attributes are essential.
• Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
