About the position

GNC is seeking dynamic part-time Sales Associates who are passionate about health and wellness. The role involves engaging with customers to help them select the right products and achieve their health goals. This position offers the potential for additional earnings through a sales incentive program and serves as a stepping stone to full-time or managerial roles within the company.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to assist them in choosing the right products based on their needs.
• Generate sales to benefit both the company and personal financial well-being.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
• Assist store management with opening, closing, and operating the retail store, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Complete omni-channel orders accurately and timely according to company guidelines.
• Stay informed about product information, advertising, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Enhance product knowledge by learning about features, advantages, and benefits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
