About the position

The Part-Time Sales Associate at Knitwell Group is responsible for driving revenue through exceptional client service, relationship building, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. This role focuses on achieving individual and store goals while providing a positive shopping experience for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent client service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Build relationships with clients to create loyalty and address concerns effectively.

  • Complete opening and closing procedures with a client focus.
  • Maintain an organized and accessible work area and adhere to loss prevention practices.
  • Participate in inventory preparation and report any potential hazards.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in using company systems and perform register transactions efficiently.
  • Understand and articulate the company's brand positioning and current marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum one year of sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry with proven results.
  • Ability to function as a role model and prioritize client needs.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and techniques.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and provide change without error.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.
