About the position

The Part Time Sales Associate at Knitwell Group is responsible for driving revenue through exceptional client service, relationship building, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. This role focuses on achieving individual and store goals while providing a positive shopping experience for clients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry with proven results.
• Ability to function as a role model, ensuring client remains the top priority.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and techniques.
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and provide change without error.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.
